You’re Invited: Garland Workforce Center Grand Opening
WFSDallas will celebrate its Garland Workforce Center grand opening on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at 530 Clara Barton Blvd., Suite 270, Garland, TX 75042. The new center will provide career guidance, training opportunities, and direct connections to employers, supporting job seekers while helping employers meet their workforce needs.
Confirmed attendees include Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins, City of Garland Mayor Dyland Hedrick, WFSDallas Board Chair Harry Jones, and WFSDallas President Laura Ward, along with community partners and local leaders. After the ribbon cutting, stick around for a tour and explore the many workforce resources available to you!

February is Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month, a time to spotlight programs that prepare students for high-skill, in-demand careers. At Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas (WFSDallas), we are proud to support CTE by connecting education and industry to help build a strong, future-ready workforce.
Through our Education Outreach Specialists, WFSDallas partners with schools across the region to raise awareness of career pathways and connect students with real-world opportunities.
