On March 3rd, Jarvis Christian University and Learning Alliance Corporation celebrated the signing of their Fiber Optics Bootcamp agreement and launched the Broadband Training Program. The ceremony brought together key figures including Dr. Pruitt, President of Jarvis Christian University, Cesar Ruiz, President/CEO of Learning Alliance Corporation, Veda Shamsid-Deen, Founder/CEO of T3 Creators Collective, and Lynn Hoffman, Senior Innovation Manager of Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas, all united in their commitment to workforce development.

The program includes a 5-Day Fiber Optic Boot Camp and a 5-Day Wireless Infrastructure Boot Camp leading to apprenticeship opportunities with local broadband employers.

“We are excited to continue supporting the infrastructure workforce and strengthen collaborations with organizations like Learning Alliance Corporation and Jarvis Christian University.” said Lynn Hoffman.

Through this partnership, JCU and LAC aim to address the skills gap and use the Fiber Optics Bootcamp as a catalyst for career readiness, helping to expand opportunities in the Broadband Telecommunications industry.
